Cao Son biking tour

ITINERARY:

Day 01 : Lao Cai – Muong Khuong –  Cao Son
Having breakfast by the train station then heading to Muong Khuong district. Cycle uphill to the habitat of Flower Hmong in Ta Then where you will make a ride along the pine forest and rice terraces. Continue to Muong Khuong town, having lunch.
In the afternoon, you will discover the verdant valley of Nam Lu then heading to Cao Son. Dinner and overnight in Cao Son.

Day 02: Cao Son – Lao Cai
The trails are secluded and less travelled. You will have a very impressive day while enjoying the magnificent view of Ta Thang and Chay river. Proceeding to Coc Ly where you will take a boat trip on Chay river. Lunch with local family in Trung Do village.
In the afternoon, you will have a beautiful time to experience the local agriculture: rice, sugar, tea plantation. Visit China border before return to Hanoi

Cycling distance: 1st day 75 -85km; 2nd day 70km
